In a large salad bowl, toss together the greens, Italian parsley, thyme, chives and lemon zest.
Shake or whisk all dressing ingredients and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Toss greens with enough dressing to lightly coat (you will have some dressing left over). Divide among 4 plates. Top each with goat cheese and almonds. Add edible flowers if desired. Serve immediately.
