Method
- In a large salad bowl, toss together the greens, Italian parsley, thyme, chives and lemon zest.
- Shake or whisk all dressing ingredients and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Toss greens with enough dressing to lightly coat (you will have some dressing left over). Divide among 4 plates. Top each with goat cheese and almonds. Add edible flowers if desired. Serve immediately.
